Allen, Texas — Peak Sports today announced a planned leadership transition in which Ryan Holloway will depart Peak Sports to focus full-time on leading Peak Events, while Cara Holloway will assume full leadership of Peak Sports. The transition takes place immediately.

Cara Holloway will assume the title of Founder and CEO for Peak Sports.
In addition, Peak Sports is announcing the promotion of Wesley Abercrombie to President.

Ryan Holloway will assume the title of Founder and CEO for Peak Events.
Furthermore, Peak Events is announcing the promotion of Nathan Wooldridge to President.

Under the new structure, Peak Sports and Peak Events will continue to operate as separate organizations with aligned values and complementary missions. This new structure will provide the continued focus for all partners and employees.
